Contiguous sequences larger than 1.5kbp from chromosome 10 of cv Nipponbare are made available on a nightly basis via our FTP site.

In addition, we are currently sequencing 2 BACs of genomic sequence: LM10P20 from cv Lemont and TQ10N6 from cv Tequing. Contiguous sequences larger than 1.5 kbp are available from the above link to our FTP site.
